About Course

This course prepares leaders, trainers, and operators working in authorized offensive security and red-team programs to build people-focused training that is legal, ethical, and safe. You will learn how to design competency-based training pipelines, assess multidisciplinary readiness, and put mentorship and knowledge-transfer practices in place so skills are preserved without exposing the organization to risk.
